This lovely senior lady is Bethany, affectionately known as "Bee". Bee came into foster care from the Montgomery County VA shelter where she was an unclaimed stray. She is a very special girl as she is between 13 and 15 years old and is blind. Once familiar with her surroundings, Bee maneuvers well and is fond of exploring the outdoor spaces. Bee has recently had a dental and lost no teeth! She also had a polyp removed from her ear which was causing some chronic infections, which are now cleared up. Because of her blindness Bee struggles with housetraining, so a strict schedule of potty breaks would help her to get back to her routine. Bee would love a family where she could have a safe space to roam and enjoy all the smells, get lots of pets and love, and of course treats! If you would like to offer Bee a quiet, loving retirement home, she would love to be your new BFF! Bethany is available for adoption in Smithfield, VA with an adoption fee of $100. Please note that Bethany will NOT be available for transport to Massachusetts.
